A bye-law is always related to some Act of the State/Center. How does the District Deputy Registrar expect the Housing Society/Co-operative Banks to complete this illogical exercise by 30.04,.2013. When will wisdom dawn on the Babus who are working half-heartedly and without understanding the subject dealt by them. In no other stays such a lackadaisical attitude prevails.
