The bus taking carrying passengers to the plane should reach close to the exit point of the waiting lounge so that seniors will have to take a minimal walk.
Dear Yazdi I have tried repeatedly to avail of this…but never been successful. Every time I attempt to do this. tickets are not available in this special quota. I have even spent a lot of time on the phone, with their call centre . I have always been told that tickets ibder this offer are unavailable. Its not like irctc where you find a reservation and apply the senior citizens concession. I will suggest you try it out personally. Then you will have the same experience. Regards Dr. Arnavaz M.
