On 19 Feb 2015 I had booked a shoes of puma(size 8)…and after few days the order is delivered to me and I payed 2500 for this shoe … But when I try to fit on my foot it doesn’t fit because of the size … And I request for a 9 no. Size shoe and the request is accepted and after few days the pickup was done on 8th Feb 2015 and the date for new shoes of size 9 is 19 Feb 2015… And the Flipkart should del ever the order on the fixed date… But the Flipkart didn’t delievered the order on 19 Feb 2014…And I call the Flipkart customer care and the Flipkart customer care says the order had delievered to Srinagar but the post office did not bring to you and you go to the post office and take it… WHAT IS THIS I BOOKED A ORDER ON FLIPKART AND THIS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF FLIPKART TO BRING ORDER TO ME ON THE FIXED DATE… I REQUEST TO YOU TO BRING MY ORDER TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OTHERWISE I TAKE THE WAY OF COURT….

I am facing the issue with State Cargo transport company as I received the quotation of 24000 rs and I get the invoice of 44000 rs.
When I had discussion with them , they are not replying me and told me that this much amount I need to pay to bring mu logistics from Gurgaon to Pune, the company is so rude and unprofessional.
Total Charges -16000/- for House Hold (Including Bike +Activa)
Total Charges -8000/- for my Maruti Wagon R Lxi car
Total Insurance Value for House Hold – 1Lakh -3% -3000/-
Total Insurance Car is -1,36000/-Insurance @ 1% – 1336/-
Total Amount is -28336 /- as per my calculation.
Now look at the below figure on Invoice received from State Cargo.
State tax for House Hold -1900/-as the house hold passes from 5 states – 3*350 –
State Tax for car -1900/-
State Tax for Bike and Activa – 1900/-
Total State Tax amount is -5700/-
Octoria – 4725/-
Service Tax- 4794 /-
Docket Charges – 1140 /-
Total Invoice Amount is – 44721 which is 2 times of my quotation received from the State Transport.
Kindly revert will the amount they are putting is legal or not, if not what should I do to get the return of money.

I have taken an insurance policies and paid sum premium afterwords I felt difficult and opt to go for cancellation as per IRDA norms. The business heads manipulated and not send the documents in right time to Head office and cancellation was not done. In second year I went for cancellation & I got only 50% amount back please help me and advice how to recover the balance amount.
Sir, my byke theft on 23rd of march 2015 and I was inform and claim next day to the insurance company icici Lombard.then there shareware come and collect all paper and statement, I have a one key of the byke so shareware told me write on statment byke key and lock damage but I’m not agreed but he forcefully (tum aam khao guthli kyu count krte Ho likho Jo bolta Hu claim mil jayega) then I agree because of I was hopeless that time. and then when call to the Lombard company and there team before 5 months then told me under process -2. And yesterday told me your claim reject due to wrong statement byke key and lock damage open to any key .so plese suggest me what I do sir.

Since starting its not working.I filed complain in ebay ,they told me its under warranty of one year so I have to go to service center for that. Hi Sir,
I have purchased a flat in nalasopara, it was a load bearing, the flat cost was around 8 lac. and I have already gave a sum of RS. 5.3lacs.
I am facing a lot of issues and I dint want to stay there as I am shifting in some other city. So I requested the builder to repay my amount.
But he is not agreeing on it.
What steps I can take.
1) can I register a case against him
2) Can I give that flat on rent, (currently I am staying in that room)
