    For an “A” grade cessed building landlord opting for redevelopment – has MHADA regulated about corpus to be offered to tenants? How many months’ outgoing/repairs & maintenance expenses should be provided for? What is the current industry practice regarding this aspect?

    My soc is in svpatel nagar andheri four bungalows west.area 14000 sq ft,gone for development,file in Mhada put on april 2010 i.e before 20/sep/2010.but in CRZ but got d approval of 1.23fsi instead of 2.5fsi on premium basis but builder not taking it.Agreement duly registered.pl guide.

    My soc is in Mulund,the developer is seems to utilizing the either fungible area of tenants or the offered carpet area mentioned in development agreement & worst is not ready to show the area bifurcation as mentioned in agreement………also not willing to register the Individual agreement before vacating ,though the terms were mentioned in development agreement.

    1) Can MHADA allot additional plot to the existing society at the time of redevelopment of the society? If yes, kindly forward the formality, rules and regulations to be followed.
    2) How much maximum FSI MHADA can grant to a dilapidated society at the time of redevelopment if the plot is in CRZ?
    3) Do MHADA buildings falling in CRZ need prior permission from the CRZ authority? If so what is the procedure for the same
    4) Is fungible FSI permissible on MHADA leased building falling under CRZ?

    I have 570 capet area house in ghatkopar. Now 80 foot is balcony. How much fungible total area will i get after redevelopment.
