The NSE Investor Service Center allows investors to register e-complaints. The complaints will be taken up by the Investors Service Cell of the Exchange. The complaints are expected to be resolved in 60 days. If they are not resolved, they are referred to the Investor Grievance Resolution Panel of the Exchange.
Investors can register their complaints against Trading Members (Broker) / Companies listed on the Exchange in four simple steps:
Step 1 : Click on Register here, enter all the mandatory fields, click on save, then
Step 2 : Go to Login page, enter the user id, password, click on Login button.
Step 3 : Once logged in, you can enter your complaint and submit to the Exchange.
Step 4 : Supporting documents and submissions can be forwarded to the Exchange along with complaint number.
Consumer Resources 
against my complaint no.1408241283802587 and my registration no.SEBIP/UP14/0000221/1 against Unicon Securities Pvt Ltd – had sent CLAIM FORM duly filled in to Defaulters Committee Cell, NSE-Mumbai, on advice from NSE -Delhi by courier First Flight no. D991M0221538 ON 17/09/14. Have yet to receive acknowledgement , Also received sms from MD-SCORES on 25/09/14 at 13.49 that final decision on my complaint has been arrived at and to view details at http://scores.gov.in but no details found . Kindly advice status.

Even i didn’t receive any acknowledgement from Defaulters Committee Cell, NSE-Mumbai.
I sent my claim form via india post (registered post) ,consignment number :- RK201600616IN.
The claim form was delivered on 04th Oct 2014,
Is any body received the acknowledgement from Defaulters Committee Cell, NSE-Mumbai.

NSE is making fool of people as UNICON already had. Unicon has enough money to pay for its dues in view of increase in stock prices in the shares of investors.NSE is just buying time to wean out the investors.
