Yesterday in the Times of India some of the newly passed amendment one was that the co-opted member cannot Vote for the election of office bearers. please tell can Co-Opted member stand for the post of Office bearers
Please provide me with all the Amendments made in the MCS Act. Particularly if the Secretary denies giving reply of letters, copy of Minutes of MC.
The Secretary keeps the members file and Minutes book at their home and their Advocate says that the Secretary cannot sit in the Society office for 24 hours.
At the end of the AGM the Chairperson has to colse the meeting and herein our case the Secretary close the meeting of AGM stating there was heated arguments so she close the meeting. and left unattended the 1st Agenda of to approve the minutes of the previous AGM

The Chiarperon is doing Security business through her driver (conflict of interest) and the address of the Chairperson is reflected in the Service tax department as agiving Security service provider (driver on her pay roll) name as asseccee
The Secretary got Passed resolution against MCS Act that is a Rs 40 Laks project was given to their favorite contractor for refurbishment of lift without calling the tender on the basis of two open quotation one coasting 70 laks and 2nd 40 laks and the contractor had carried out the work during the expiry of his license and done addition and alteration without obtaining permission from the PWD.
The Secretary adjourned the AGM on three occasion stopping member from Video recording of the AGM and did not take permission to adjourn on 2nd and third occasion is it illegal.
